Kaminski Adds Three More to the Monsters Roster



Let's meet the newest Monsters -


Josh Marsellus – Canadian forward Josh Marsellus has signed on for the 2018-19' season.


Marsellus spent a majority of the 2017-18' season playing for the Foothills Bisons in South Central Alberta Hockey League before moving onto the Heritage Junior B Hockey League and playing for the High River Flyers. During last season Marsellus had a total of 22 points (12 goals, 10 assists).


"Josh brings physical grittiness to the game" said Head Coach Kevin Kaminski. "He's strong on his skates and isn't afraid to crash the net. He's a gifted athlete with a hard nosed work ethic whose willing to play in the greasy areas."


Nikita Garin - From St. Petersburg, Russia Nikita Garin has signed for the 2018-19' season. Garin last played for Lada Togliatti U17 in the Russia U17 league.


"He posses great speed with a mix of skill and vision" said Head Coach Kevin Kaminski. "Nikita is going to give us some great energy and an excellent work ethic."


Emmett Rupert – From Santa Barbara, Rupert has signed for the 2018-19'. The 6'2"defenseman last played for the Santa Barbara Royals in the LA Kings High School Hockey League where he had 4 goals and 5 assists.


"For as big of a guy as he is, he's a hell of skater" said Head Coach Kevin Kaminski. "Rupert keeps it simple clears the net with his cannon from the blue line. It's exactly what I was looking to add defensively."
