Mannon joins the Black Bears in the NAHL

FRESNO, CA -- The former Fresno Monsters star forward, Daylon Mannon, has signed with the Maryland Black Bears in the North American Hockey League. This news was officially announced yesterday.

"I believe that Daylon deserves this opportunity and I want to wish him the best of luck and a huge congratulations" said Monsters Head Coach Kevin Kaminski. "He is a very gifted at finding the back of the net and scoring goals. He has a real knack for finding those grey areas for scoring chances and he always makes sure that he is in position for the opportunity. He has a fun personality that brought a lot to the rink and the locker room and it was a pleasure to coach him. I wish him the best of luck and all the success on his new journey."

Mannon played only one season for the Monsters in 2017-18'. During his rookie season he managed to break the franchise all-time points per game, all-time points per season, and all-time goals per season records. He finished the season with the most goals (75) and points (150) in the Western States Hockey League.
