FRESNO, CALIFORNIA -- Monsters announced today that the club has signed Forward Petr Philippov to a one-year contract, which will run through the 2020 season.
The 19 year old (born 2000) racked up 75 points (33 goals, 42 assist) in 51 games played for the Fresno Monsters last season.
This will be his second year playing for Fresno in the Western States Hockey League.
