Everything You Need To Know About First Responders and Military Night

The Fresno Monsters will be hosting First Responders & Military Appreciation Night on Saturday, January 18 vs. Ontario.

Tonight is shaping up to be one of the biggest night's for the Monsters according to the buzz around town and news reports.

So we put together some quick facts for those of you who will be joining us for the first time or for those loyal fans who #bleedgreen and wanted a refresher on the game tonight:

When is the game again?

Tonight - January 18, 2020

Where do you guys play?

Selland Arena in downtown Fresno

Here's the addy: 700 M St, Fresno, CA 93721

How much is parking?

Parking is controlled by the City of Fresno and is $10

Where can I buy tickets?:

We would like to mention though that you can save a bit of money by purchasing your tickets at the Selland Arena box office by avoiding those Ticketmaster fees. Bit of a trade off though - save money and stand in line or spend money and don't stand in line. The choice is up to you guys to decide.

Whose dropping the puck?

We're honored that Lt. Col. Larry Duba, retired from the Air Force Reserve and President of the Fresno Veterans Parade, will be dropping the ceremonial puck tonight.

We also have the Color Guard from Naval Air Station Lemoore coming out for a special presentation.

What do the Jerseys look like?

They're filthy yet classy:

We'll be having a silent auction going on during the game located at the fans assistance booth near the north/east entrance. The auction will end at the top of the third period.

And there you have it! We'll see you tonight at Selland Arena.

If you can't make it out to the game, remember you can follow the action live on the Monsters twitter account @wshlmonsters or stream the game on bdehockey.com
