Fresno sweeps Southern Oregon and takes first in the Pacific Division

HOW IT WENT DOWN Nick Leech was quick to get Fresno on the board scoring not even 2mins into the game. This would be followed by Triston Mirasty putting Fresno up 2-0, Nick Leech would get his second of the game before the end of the 1st.

Vollant Paul-Edward would get his first goal of the season at only a minute fifty into the second. This would be followed by Biller who would put the Monsters up 5-0 and force S. Oregon to make a goalie change. Soon after Riley Smith would put the Spartans on the board for the first time in the game.

The second half of the period would be filled with action as the Monsters found themselves crashing the net not once but twice resulting in fights and Anton Svensson being ejected from the game. Soon after Nikita Eruslanov would get a goal to put Fresno up 6-1 to end the second

The Spartans attempted to make a comeback successfully finding the back of the net twice by Hanson and Smith but it would prove not enough as the Monsters would go on to score 5 additional goals by Biller, Gavrilenko, Nance, Breton, and Gomez.
